Intensive English

Overview

Our intensive English courses provide full immersion in the English language and are one of the most popular courses in our school. These courses are designed for adults, minimum age 16. Enrol now and study in the centre of London close to major attractions such as the British Museum, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street and others.

Description

Intensive General English courses are designed for students who have an intermediate, upper intermediate or advanced level of English (CEFR B1/B2/C1). These courses combine General English with the Callan Method. The unique Callan Method allows students to improve understanding, pronunciation and confidence in speaking English.

There is a monthly social activity where students practise their English outside the classroom.

Certificate

At the end of the course, you will obtain an accredited ABC School of English Certificate stating your level of English and attendance.

They cover the following skills

• reading
• writing
• vocabulary
• grammar
• pronunciation
• listening
• speaking

Students can choose from:

• 20 lessons per week - 15 lessons of General English and 5 lessons of Callan Method
• 25 lessons per week - 15 lessons of General English and 10 lessons of Callan Method
• 30 lessons per week - 15 lessons of General English and 15 lessons of Callan Method.

These courses are offered in groups or one to one.

You will be asked to take an online grammar pre-test to join these courses.
