Laurine was chosen as the student of the month in March!

Laurine, our student from France, attends the Intensive English course. She has worked consistently hard through her time at ABC School and has shown a great improvement in all parts of her English. This shows in her increased confidence and it is great to see her challenging herself and really enjoying the language. Well done Laurine – by Jim, our teacher. We have interviewed Laurine about her experience in London and at ABC School of English. Thank you for taking the time to do the interview Laurine, it is so nice to learn more about you. Could you please tell me something about yourself?

I’m Laurine, a 23 years old French girl. I finished my IT studies last September. I love horse riding and listening to music.

Why did you decide to come to London?

I definitely needed to improve my English level for my job. I thought London was the best place for that, especially because my sister’s living here.

How do you find life in London?

One word: AMAZING. Everything is possible in London.

Why did you choose ABC school?

For the location, Covent Garden is one of my favorite places and for the Callan Method as well.

Are you enjoying your lessons?

Sure ! My teachers are super nice, I’ve improved a lot since my first day. Both lessons ( General English and Callan Method) are complementary.

What are your plans for the future?

I’m going to do an internship in a stable, still in the UK so that I could improve my speaking skills. Then, I’d like to find a job in IT.
