We have interviewed our lovely student Hasancan about his experience in London and at ABC School of English. We have learnt his opinion about the school and the city and we have got to know him better.

- Could you please tell me something about yourself: studies, job, hobbies, and dreams?
I’m Hasancan, a 24-year-old from Turkey. When I finished university I decided to come to London to study English on native soil. I have always wanted to learn another language, and especially when travelling, English becomes very useful. I like playing volleyball, chess and table tennis. I enjoy discovering new places, having new experiences and meeting people from different countries. In my opinion every person has a worthy story. In the future I’d like to have good friends and a good job.- Why did you decide to come to London?
The main reason were the opportunities on offer in London.- How do you find life in London?
I think the winter is a good time to come here because it is not as busy as during the summer. In London you can hear the British accent nearly everywhere and it’s a good place to immerse yourself in the language.If you want to learn with the Callan Method there aren’t a lot of options so the reason I chose ABC was because of the excellent location of the school – right in the heart of Central London.The Callan Method is very useful to learn how to speak fluently. In time you feel more comfortable and relaxed in the classroom and then very self-confident. Also, if you like the British accent it’s an easier way to learn the correct pronunciation.- What are your plans for the future?
