How to improve your reading skills

There are various ways to improve your reading skills. You can pick up a copy of the Metro or Evening Standard at your nearest tube station for free. Also, in some book shops, there are bilingual editions of some classic books like Harry Potter so you can see the equivalent to your language on the other page.

Netflix and films with subtitles are also a great idea. Either turn on English subtitles to films of your own language to understand the English equivalent or watch a film in English with English subtitles.

This will also improve your listening and understand how English is spoken by natives a little better.
