Accommodation Finding fee:

£50.00 (non refundable)

Deposit:

A refundable deposit of the equivalent of one weeks' rent is payable to the homestay on arrival and will be returned to the student on satisfactory check-out.

Supplement:

Use of the kitchen is £15.00 per week, per room.

Summer (June, July and August): £15.00 per room, per week.

Short term booking (less than 3 weeks): £20.00 per booking (applicable 1st September to 30th June only).

Christmas supplement (from 22nd December to 27th December): £40.00 per person.

Private bathroom (upon request) supplement: £25.00 per room per week.
