You can book a bed in a twin room and we will place you with another student of the same sex. Minimum stay 4 weeks.
Accommodation Finding fee:
£50.00 (non refundable)
Deposit:
A refundable deposit of the equivalent of one weeks' rent is payable on arrival and will be returned to the student on satisfactory check-out.
Bookings
All bookings must start and finish either on a Saturday or a Sunday.
Arrivals Procedure
Arrival procedure after 17.30 (15.00 on Saturday) Monday to Friday and on Sundays and Public Holidays: there is an extra charge of £20.00. This service is available between 14.00 and 20.00.
A student arriving during these hours should make his way to the office and call a mobile number given by the school upon receiving a full payment. A representative will come to meet a student outside the office within 20 minutes. He will request to sign the rental agreement and will collect cash deposit (refundable on departure) .
A student will be given keys, address and a map showing how to reach the accommodation. A student will then have to make his own way to the accommodation. Notifying the agency of a student’s estimated arrival time to London and coming directly to the office usually shortens the waiting time.
